How much does your service cost?
We offer a number of different plans depending on the volume of documents your office generates. Most small businesses will be surprised at the affordability of our service. An office generating up to 125 pounds of paper per month will pay around $48 per service pick-up.
Are secured document containers provided free of charge?
Yes, all secured document containers are provided free of charge. However, we do collect a refundable damage/loss deposit for each container we provide. We offer several different style and sizes for our customers to choose from.
What is the difference between a recycling program and a document shredding program?
Recycling is a paper waste issue. Document shredding is a paper security issue. A document shredding program is designed to reduce the risk of identity theft and other forms of information-based crimes. It is also designed to ensure that you are complying with new privacy laws.
What is the difference between on-site shredding and off-site shredding?
With on-site shredding, documents are destroyed at your location inside our mobile shredding truck. Off-site shredding involves destroying your documents at our secured shredding facility in Burnaby. Whichever option you choose, your documents will remain completely confidential from the time of pick-up until the actual destruction of your material.
What do you do with the shredded waste?
Once your documents have been destroyed, we take the shredded material to a paper recycling facility for disposal. We are committed to preserving the environment and recycle all shredded waste that is recyclable.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract? What if we are not happy with your service?
Unlike most of our competitors, we do not require you to sign a contract. Customers sign a Service Agreement that can be cancelled at anytime without penalty.
